DNP is a last resort to hit 5% bodyfat. You should never do DNP when conventional methods work. ECA, clen, T3, Keto diet etc. When your basal (morning) temp drops down to low the above methods will no longer work. THis is when DNP will be most beneficial.

I think it's the 2 g's/week + 6 IU's of GH that are making you a target at times gymratforlife. A lot of people are going to think "hey, that's a good dosage for someone 5'7" and 235 lbs". Some people who criticize the *possible* over-use of AAS (I'm not saying you do... but many here will think that) are haters -- and others are just worried about irresponsible use bringing further scrutiny on the practice.

Well lets see the pics of you at 183 and 10% BF now then I posted mine lol.I am 28 yrs old btw when I was your age I was actually 195 with like 7% bf but went to marine boot camp and came out at 155 with higher bf.
 
good work, you should be seeing some fat loss with 4iu/gh in a couple months as well...it would be interesting to see your progress in 2-3 months
