Omega's Chest Workout

I went heavy again this week and put up 120 dbs on the incline bench (last week was a 115 PR)

Those 3 weeks prior of checking my ego at the door and doing that routine damn sure paid off.
 
Im sold, shattered my chest with this workout. I enjoyed that pump so much i felt in necessary to try the same scheme on traps... ouch. I dont know if i can eat enough to keep up with this recovery.

I saw that someone tried applying these concepts to front squats with moderate success. Anyone apply them to any other exercises?
 
OMEGA is a solid bro with great workout routines.
