It's funny for me to see a post like this since I have to smirk a bit when I view threads on "cutting cycles." Which is best? How's this one? how's that one? Should I run such and such another 6 weeks? It's a joke. Steroids are GROWTH drugs and that's how the old timers used them.
All steroids will burn fat to a degree, mostly by in creasing metabolism and lean mass. They are ALL the same, it's just that some retain water and others do not. So to answer your question -- they trained harder and ate less. Cutting comes from diet and exercise not which stack you use.
