1 Tbsp Flaxseed
Meal 3
2 Tbsps Natural Peanut Butter
Jelly
Whole Wheat Bread
1 Can Of Tuna
Meal 4
4 oz. chicken breast
1 Baked Potato
5 Spears Of Asparagus
8 oz. 1% Milk
Meal 5
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
8 oz. 1% Milk
Whey Protein Powder
1 Can Of Tuna
Meal 6
4 oz. chicken breast
8 oz. 1% Milk
5 Spears Of Asparagus

Comes out to...

Cals: 2941
Protein: 260
Carbs: 314
Fats: 74

Is this sufficient for gaining mass at age 15, 165 lbs bodyweight?

Scruples you fool, they're such a bad source of carbs, too simple. And too many sugars. The only thing they'll give you is a jump in blood sugar levels, and we don't want that, right? Right.

I don't know about you, but I'd rather eat well and bulk properly. Remind me never to take advice from you. Oh ignorant Scruples.

DROP THE RAISINGS AND THE ORANGE JUICE, ADD MORE OATMEAL

8 oz. 1% Milk
1 Tbsp Flaxseed
DROP THE MILK, DROP THE BANANA, ADD MORE GRANOLA W/ THE PROTEIN, AND YOU CAN HAVE SOME YOGURT
Meal 3
2 Tbsps Natural Peanut Butter
Jelly
Whole Wheat Bread
1 Can Of Tuna
Meal 4
4 oz. chicken breast
1 Baked Potato
5 Spears Of Asparagus
8 oz. 1% Milk
AGAIN DROP THE MILK

We didn't actually go over that already. I'm trying to bulk, ya' know Mr. X. Wouldn't milk be useful? I heard to have raisins for the fiber and iron.

No, I don't think that milk is usefull, it's just a waste of calories and a load of useless sugar.

Waste of calories? But don't I need calories when bulking?

I didn't wanna substitue oatmeal at meal 6 because that's complex carbs, and it's at 9 PM... aren't you not supposed to have carbs after 7.
