I've switched to a higher volume, more intensified approach............that what you wanted to hear?


You told me you'd shoot me a routine about 3 months ago............I'm still waiting.
 
higher volume and higher intensity!?!? let me guess, you also havent taken any time off and diet has stayed relatively the same?
 
ACTUALLY, I took almost 10 days off and bumped my calories about 800 knots......let me guess dieharder, you're still fat?
 
So you start a thread about how you were wrong and had overtrained and your bench had gone down,you'd lost muscle etc.. Your answer is to include MORE intensity and VOLUME..and cap it all...it is Guldukat's fault cos he didn't give you a routine????

Wooooooooo who said this was gukd's faullt???? Its no ones. AND I ask YOU for a routine Dorian, just to switch it up...I took time off, I made some changes (1 bp a week, no more 2 a days.......) and I changed my diet...........the gains are coming back.............The higer volume was a JOKE.......WTF?

first off there is no reason when you have never seen me to call me fat, im actually 6'2 226 at around 12% right now and dropping. Also, you admit your wrong, that you may be overtraining, and then up the volume. I also find it hard to believe you took 10 days off by seeing some of your other posts. Ive tried to stay out of your threads because they frustrate me, same questions asked, same answers given, yet you do the same things. if 6'2 190 is where you wanna stay, keep at it. And dont come back at me with your "well im still benching 300+ for reps" because i dont care. The fact of the matter is you ask for advice, and you only take what you want to hear. If you have to tell people how much you lift, then it obviously doesnt show. When you'll take the time to actually try someone else's suggestions, come talk to me, im sure i could help you out.
 
aight bro....I've done just about everything everyone responded with...I took time off (I don't give a f- if you dont believe me), I uped my cals, and reduced my volume.......if I frustrate you chief, don't respond. I wont have hard feelings. Oh, and I dont need to respond with 300 for reps.........it's more like 315 now........
