aight bro....I've done just about everything everyone responded with...I took time off (I don't give a f- if you dont believe me), I uped my cals, and reduced my volume.......if I frustrate you chief, don't respond. I wont have hard feelings. Oh, and I dont need to respond with 300 for reps.........it's more like 315 now........
you said before you switched to higher volume!?!?

Jkurz i know you like to hit the gym x6 a week ,so here is something you could try:

Tues:

Flat bench x2

Incline Bench x2

Weighted Dips x2

Skullcrushers x2

Close Grip Bench x2

Thurs:

Weighted Pullups x2

Cable Rows x2

One arm rows x2

Hyperextension x2

curl x2

Bodyweight chins x2

Saturday:

Squat x2 (or one set breathing squats)

Leg press x 2

SLDL x2

Calf (your choice) x 2

Do cardio on M,W,F but make sure you have a full day of total rest after the leg day. Every set must be max,or near max, effort. Wish you would try a program like this for just a few months..i guarantee that your bench would go up and you would gain on it if your nutrition was good. I also wouldn't over do the cardio but i know you want to train x6 days a week and to do that with weights every session is,IMO,suicide

No problem at all bro,it's a pleasure. You may find you like to do things a little different (i,personally, don't do squat and conventional DL in the same cycle-lowerback can't handle it -but i do settle on the SLDL).

This exact routine packed on about a stone for me after i stagnated with volume. I really hope you do try low/lower volume...you can always ditch it if you find it doesn't deliver..but if you give it a fair whack it will my friend

3 things:

1) How much is a stone?

2) what rep range were you using in that routine?

3) JKurz I am proud of you!

1. 14 lbs,very little fat gain..but some was.

2. I would say between 5-8 ,although sometimes I would use 10-12 on rare occasions. I used 12-20 for legs

3. Me too :)

Hey, I'd be a complete ass if I didnt try..as I am never one NOT to try something.......I'll bet it'll work, as Dorian, you are a pretty knowledgeable bro......give me some insight on this training before I start on Monday.....warmups for each new exercise? 5-8 rep range for the 2 working sets? You keep a journal? Hows you diet? Are you more interested in powerlifting or bodybuilding? This routine packs on lean mass? Again....thanks a ton bro.......I really do respect your thoughts, even though we may clash sometimes........thats just the competive nature in us.....

thanks Bran for your support to haus.....
