I want to put this thread in the steroid forum, because it is related to steroids, at least in the product claims. I also wanted you guys to see how amazingly criminal this advertisement is. You guys can move it if you don't think it belongs here.
I am pretty outraged right now. USP Labs (which actually has a pretty good reputation) is marketing their new product "Prime". Fine. Salesmen market and over hype their products all the time. I get it. But to outright LIE to people in an attempt to deliberately fool them through false advertising is just wrong. Listen to this piece of shit advertisement:
" USPlabs Prime™ Destroys Pro-Hormones & Pro-Steroids – Rendering Them Obsolete… And Allows For Rapid, Out-Of-This-World Strength & Size Gains - Without Suppression or Side Effects!"
Wow, a magic pill that is so much more effective than steroids that it makes them obsolete? And no side effects? Who the fuck is stupid enough to believe that?
But it gets BETTER!
"In just 90 days on The Asteroid Stack, Mark went from a soft 192 lbs at 17% body fat to weighing a rock hard 207 lbs at a thin-skinned 7% bodyfat. Thats a gain of 33.15 lbs of muscle while losing 18.15 lbs of fat!. In the process his bench press went from 365 to 435 for reps!"
WHAT?!?!?! 33 lbs of muscle in 3 months? AND simultaneously losing 18 lbs of fat?!?!?! I've heard a lot of ridiculous claims by the supplement industry before. I've heard MuscleTech tell you that you will gain 7 lbs of muscle in a week on Cell Tech. I've heard the overhype on virtually any "muscle building" or fat burning product out there. But this one is BY FAR the most outragous one yet. You can't even gain 33 lbs of muscle and lose 18 lbs of fat ON STEROIDS in 90 days.
So now, we take a look at the ingredients. Is it some sort of new development in science that is a steroid that is not yet banned by the FDA? It has to be, right? NO!!!! IT'S FUCKING TRIBULUS!!!!!
Thanks for letting me vent guys. Cheers
