i'm bulking. i work my abs 3-4 times a week, and i work them pretty hard too. when i'm done, i can see the outline of about a 12 pack, but shortly after i shower it goes away.
i have a very hard time slimming my belly down. i think Marine Corps boot camp screwed my abs for life. towards the end of boot camp, my abs were starting to stick out. i was getting a belly, which it should've been the opposite, but my abs were building. kinda screwed me up. after boot camp, my bodyweight went up to about 160lbs, that was my average depending on how shitty i was eating. during one summer i went down to 145-150lbs. i wasn't eating much at all, was ultra stressed really, too much coffee and too many cigs. even down at that weight, my belly still stuck out a little bit more than it should have....and i had nothing left to lose.
i think i'm screwed on this one and my only choice is to build up my chest until it's bigger than my midsection. is there any other way? do i need to take pics?
