ok so a lot of you out there arent ripped/lean/got abs. whats your excuse?

I've had good signs of abs from time to time...but I fight them off as best as I can with lots of food.

Being lean is not a good thing for strength athletes...serves no purpose.

I do have abs though and I train them 3-5x weekly...hard, heavy, and with intensity. Having a strong core is a good way to keep a safe back.

I'm glad some women love BIG, STRONG, FAT guys :)

i was under the impression that skim milk won't make much of a difference, because it isn't the fat in the milk, but the milk sugar (lactose) which contributes most to gaining bodyfat.

as for me, i'm lazy. besides my 4 days a week of training (which is fucked up now too), i am very sedentary. i want to sprint 2-3 times a week, but i don't.

i'll end this post by blaming my genetics, though, of course. :)

I love bread!! Any and all kinds of it. I would eat the shit in my sleep if I could. It is my down fall. However, I have sworn off pizza for the next month. I have a lot of friends helping me out on this one. We'll see.

OK I am 6'3" and have been a fatty kid all my life. Now 2 years ago I started melting the junk off with DNP and different diets. I went from 220 down to 165 at about a year ago. Even then, at a measly 165 at 6'3" I STILL DID NOT SHOW ABS UNLESS I FLEXED, and even then, they were nothing to marvel over. So anyway, this is how I looked before my first bulk cycle in a long time , this is thanksgiving 2003 :

Now I obviously have no abs whatsoever after bulking for a few months. I started dieting 2 weeks ago on clen, but then got sick for a week, and "bulked" during the time. So i start tomorrow, going for no more than 3 months, using thermorexin and yohimburn.

Now to answer your question as to why i don;t have a ripped chiseled body, taking the obvious factors of the bulking cycle out of the equation:

1: I'm beginning to think my genetics just do not allow for a ripped 6 pack.
2: I can't afford that much AAS. (paypal donations accepted, PM for info)

I've found its easier getting abs by cutting milk products.

Ya bro. Milk'l make ya fat. Loads of sugar and huge insulin boost. Awesome for bulking, but take in moderation for cutting.
