ok my amplify02 thread starts here

alrighty boys and girls its time for day 3 of A02
took 2 level scoops at 10:45 am and its now 11 am and im starting to get that nice butterfly feeling as well as an intense desire to get my ass to the gym that being said im out of here to hit back and tri's and will give a full report as usual once i get back.......

well im back from the gym now and it was another GREAT workout while using AO2 so it has my backing now and after only 3 workouts...i was extremely focused today throughout the workout and for the first time taste really didnt bother me (as im getting used to it), all sets and reps were hit as planned and i felt like i had more left in the tank as well....cardio was done right after lifting (again all with only the A02 in me) for 20 mins on the stair climber on level 7
workout as follows, back and tris
rack deads (pins on lowest setting) no shoes, no gloves, no belt, and no straps
435 x 8
435 x 8
weighted pullups to the front
45x8
47.5 x 8 (plate and 2.5)
1 arm cable row
80 x 10
80 x 10
close grip bench (again this weight was scaled back when i began diet)
245 x 5
245 x 5
overhead ext. on lat machine
83 x 10
83 x 10
cardio 20 mins
maybe one or 2 more updates and that will be all, as of now im sold.....
