alrighty im finally back its 1:20ish pm, workout consisted of chest/shoulders/bi's followed by 30 mins of cardio....i found the dose that suits me as today i really felt the AO2, once i hot the gym i was so amped (i guess you could say) and throughout the workout i had an awesome pump going and cardio was no problem today...
omega called it when he said to up my dose so i hit 2 level scoops and results were phenomenal
workout was as followed
flat db press
120 x 5 (now last week i struggled for 2 sets of 5 and this week i had NO trouble at all, this set was cake)
130 x 3 (my gym has that big increase so i would have liked to hit a 125 for a set of 5 <i do my power exercises always till 5> but did well with the 130's
chest machine (like a hammer machine that you push forward and has a weight stack)
262.5 x 8 (weight stack to 250 then add plates at 10 and 2.5)
262.5 x 8
wide db flyes (go for a big stretch with light weight)
40 x 10
40 x 10
shoulder machine (same as the chest machine but overhead) these are light due to shoulder pain
163 x 10
163 x 10
front cable raise
35 x 12
35 x 12
db curl
60 x 8 (good form)
db preacher (using an adjustable bench)
50 x 8
cable curl (the one nelson montana suggested a long time ago, great exercise)
50 x 10 (30 secs rest)
60 x 10 (30 sec rest)

all sets hit as planned and overall was a GREAT workout..... tune in wed for back and tri day........
