I don't have pictures, sorry, but I was recently acquainted with some that are absolutely perfect.
While men are visual, if they feel like tennis balls, game over. I couldn't even tell, except from previous meetings with them, pre surgery.

best ones are the ones that look real.
my ex and the girl i had sex with immediately after we broke up had some of the most perfect tits i've ever seen.
both had their boobs done, but you couldn't say for certain unless they told you or felt them (although my ex's were surprisingly soft).
both had small c's...on tall slender bodies(5'9ish 120ish). Big enough, but not unproportional to the body.

I am not a huge fan of boob jobs in general. I met a girl in Seattle that had the best naturals I have seen in a long time. Super nice c. perfect. Even if they hang a bit out of the bra, i still think that is hot.

You didn't say whether you'ld decided to get over the muscle/ under, silicon/ saline, ect. Also, money shouldn't be the determining factor in choosing a Dr, it's an art. Best way is to ask women who they used and check out his work. Don't fall for the pic book that they have, who would show boobs that didn't turn out well. I have yet encountered anyone who wouldn't let another woman (and most men) check out their new breasts.
What I have learned form experience is that most women who were shy about the real size of boob they wanted and didn't tell the doc "I want these", and stuck with it, were less than pleased with the result. Don't let them tell you that they would look un-natural, top heavy, etc., it's not their body. The ones that fell for that all were pissed that they didn't go as big as they wanted. Most say that they can't wait till they can go back and have them enlarged. So, if you want D's or DD's, tell him and if he doesn't want to do it, find another doc. Get the size (volumn) you want.
Although over the muscle seems to be less painful, some say they had little or no more than others have said who went under, I think that's personal and probably the Dr involved. In over the muscle, the edges of the implant are more visible, also more pronounced rippeling can be seen at the top/sides of the breast. Not good. It is especially bad if someone goes alot bigger than they were naturaly, say from small B to D, not much skin, it tends to show the implant. But just the same, if yu are a C, going to a full C/ small D, it isn't as noticeable.
I wouldn't want to have the implant put in through the aerola, the scar can be visible and I have seen some which made a pronounced line from dark to light of the regular skin, results vary, but my gf in college had them done that way, she had a scar that was noticeable. I'd do the under breast, it is a tiny scar and can't be seen IMC unless your looking for it. I've only had one gf who had hers done in the armpit, seems fine too. Never seen a "belly button' procedure, but I've heard that it it a little tricky to get the exact pocket that it needs to fit in correct. No experience with that one.
But for the most natural shape, IMO under the muscle is the best for overall appearance. Silicone is by far the most natural feeling, they have the silicone gel now, I'd really look at that. It is almost indistinguishable from a natural breast.
They also have a procedure for half under/ half over the muscle, seems to be for women who had medium large breasts and after nursing, the breast volumn reduced and they could use a little lift as well. That is the one that my wife is looking at. She is a natural D, but lost volumn after our son was born, and some of the docs we went to said that she didn't need enlarging, just a lift. Have you ever seen a key hole lift scar? Not something that one would want, basically the same as breast reduction, you may have seen one of those. I would never do that in a million years, she isn't as convinced as I am.
Back in the day, you used to see way too much space between the implants, some you could almost put your hand between, they have come along way since then, implant shapes and new better procedures have almost eliminated that, but it was terrible, make shure that he understands that that is something that you want to avoid, he's prolly way ahead of you on that but I'd be shure.
What the pic in your gallery shows is a C I'm guessing, if it were me, and I wanted to be a little bigger, I'd go with a full D, high profile silicone gel implant, under the breast incision, under the muscle.
I could post a thousand pics, all of them would look good, like a big ol' pair of titties. But the common trait in my pics would be that you couldn't see the pronounced edge of the implant under the skin. The "1/2 grapefruit" look with the skin so tight you could read the serial number on the implant is what you have to avoid.

I never liked any of the DR's who thought that they new more than she did or the ones who said she just needed a lift. The doc that I do like suggested the half over/ half under and didn't try and talk her out of going a tad bigger. Like I said, she's a D now, but wants to be a bit perkyier and wants the volumn back that she lost.
