Keto Cardio...

is there a way to do this without A) kicking me out of ketosis B) burning alot of muscle, AND C) still do it so my heart rate is in the 170s-180s?

I just like more intense cardio.. and i feel like I have had a "cardio" workout...

I am thinking like 4 minutes at a high intensity then go back and lift for like 15 minutes? and repeat tell my weight workout is finished?


OR

do I not have to really worry about burning muscle and the effect isn't really that big of deal when your still only 16% bf?

Thanks to anyone who offers me a little guidance... I don't want to burn muscle (this shit is too hard to build to waste) but I like doing "hard/harder" cardio.
