Again everyone handles things differently bro. While most people do get an increase in sex drive from test some get no increase and even worse the very few have no sexual desire at all when on test. Sorry to hear that bro now is it that you don't have the urge or you just can't get it up? Either way sucks man. Try getting some cilias I heard it works great.

I've always got the urge. But lately it will not get hard as a pole, it's an erection but not stiff as it should be and I have to concentrate to keep it up and it takes forever to cum. THe plus side is I can screw for a long time. The down side is I have trouble getting in it because of lack of hardness.

Still a little early

It will still be a few months before you fully feel the losses. Ive been doing this 13 years. Took me a year and half before I slowly began creeping back up toward cycle weight and strength. I was off 3 years before the next cycle. There is just no comparison. The myth of retaining gains is just that, a myth. Most are not off long enough to understand the difference. Someone will be like yeah man Ive been off 3 months and only 10lbs lighter. Still strong as fuck. LOL. The residual left in your body plus all the estrogen keeping the weight up and everyone thinks they are still fine. Ive seen it too many times. Yeah you can gain the weight and strength back over time but youll tend to look like a fat fk. None of the qualitys you had while on will be anywhere to be found. Dont mean to sound so negative but those are just the facts as I have experienced them.

I think nobody expects to be as strong as you were on cycle, and in some cases as big. Thats a given. But I seen one guy who said you lose all you gains and he was like 5'7" 240 and than came off and ended up at 200lbs or something. Give me a break. Thats still bigger than the average non-juicer. Arnold was only 240 at 6'2" what do some people expect. Thats like me getting up to 300 and them I'm pissed that i'm down to 255, but I started gear at 235. Or someone that started at 165, got up to 195, then goes off and ends up at 180 a year later. He took some losses but in the end he made gains. It takes alot more energy to build muscle than to maintain it.

There are plenty of people that are off for 6+ months that keep about 80% of everything(provided they aint that 5'7 240 lb 6%bf guy). There are also people that come off and in 4 weeks gains are almost gone.

Why not just stay on a moderate dose all the time. From the studies I have read, I don't see a problem with this. Hell, they gave men 250 mgs. a week for years for a male birth control study and there were no side effects.

MIKEY !!

I know what you're saying bro. I have lost some quality to my physique since coming off but I am also on a complete bulking diet and have went off my fat burning stack as well so that was to be expected. As for me losing weight. I doubt it as I have been 244 natural before. Bulky yeah but strong as fuck. I hope to not go over 240 this winter though then start my diet and cycle and lean down to 215-220 solid as hell! :D

Loosing the quality is the hard part. I really didnt mind too much the weight or size, though I still stayed pretty strong. Must be the Greek in me, lol. In those 3 years off, I really concentrated hard on my diet. I didnt want to end up looking like total shit.
But I got really back into my cardio playing a lot of soccer, hitting my Karate hard and I love biking. Believe me I started to get pretty cut and I felt great too. The decision to go back on was because of goal I had set and to try competition, for me. Good training bro. Enjoy dont bane the break.

Marky I am wondering if this applies more to someone who is closer to or beyond their genetic potential. Obviously I would think yes. For instance, it would be easier in general to retain gains from your first cycle than it would your 4th or 5th assuming all else is equal and post cycle therapy is good? What do you think?

Genetic potential vs just gaining weight

You dont need AAS to keep gaining weight. Your body will keep gaining weight the more you eat. And if you loose it all, you will very easily gain it all back and probably more. Yeah the body has a new set point, but I dont think that genetically naturally there is any involvement of LBM w/o AAS. The body keeps gaining fat. Add AAS and your blow the governor on the lean muscle mass
part of the quotient and fat is attacked as nitrogen retention spares muscle and goes after fat. During the 3 years I kept training but as I got back up in weight it was percentage wise
more fat and water retention. THe % of weight gain was more fat than muscle as i kept trying to eat more and more to gain weight but the AAS wasnt there to keep the LBM. Stop AAS totally and in a few years even if you train, you'll wont look like you ever juiced.
Unless maybe if your in your late teens or early to mid 20's. Ive seen the same with all my old training brothers from the gym who never went back to AAS. Some are big but chunky, others are lean but stringy. No muscular definition. Im rambling now but I just dont see the truth in keeping gains indefinitely wo AAS. The facts havent shown themselves to me over the many years. Dont want to depress anyone, but it really is a choice.
