i was 6 foot 120lbs after high school. ridiculous skinny. i grew 2 more inches at the age of 20. i got to 148 natty and was stuck. currently 175 after 2 cycles at 6% year round. 28 inch waist and a tiny frame, still quite skinny especially in ef terms. 195 6-7% is my goal. putting on weight is hell for me. i was 23 for my first cycle, i think i could have put on more weight natty had i known how much diet matters. i was always eating a ton of junk because the cals are so high, what i have learned is with my metabolism my body will just waste those type of cals. i need to eat clean 5000 a day to grow and that is quite hard to do. i am ready to barf at the site of chicken and rice. thank god for peanut butter i just don't seem to get tired of it
