Ok, how many of you WERE skinny toothpicks just a few years ago?

I used to be a skinny thing myself in college bot 5'9 165. But I left college and became one of those New Orleans folks who smoke and drank all the time. Just like my friends... There's no such thing as fitness there....

Anyway I kicked the habits mostly once I moved. But the weight gain thing kicked in and now I was 210. I gained like 50lb jsut from quitting smoking and my metabolism became as slow as rocks rolling uphill. That really helped my bulk without gear... 21" guns and what not. Anyway started living in the weightroom for a 3 years , then I found myself about 260, but +20% because of the above. Did clen and got that down to 12% around 230

I liked myself better when I was skinny cause I was explosive.

Well mines seems higher but i quit smoking,drinking,train my assoff eat and your only as big as your pocket will let you..Plus i had it before, it comes back quicker...But most of my gains are my legs only because i never worked them my hole life and i learned now that there easyer to grow then one would think...But thanks to some good bro's i had the upper hand finally in my life...Oh forgot you get old weight is easyer to keep...But as we all have learned if you put your mind to it you can do anything!

3yrs ago I was strung out on rec drugs and about 125lbs. Did a couple years fed time for distribution of rec drugs and while in I went from 125 to 200lbs. Now i bounce around 215 area, also done one cycle which never hurts but I did most of my growing on hard boiled eggs, hamburger, and some killer ass work outs with f'ing huge prison inmates.
 
Graduated High School at 6'1'' 180lbs, went home four years later and was 6'5'' 235 and hardly anyone recognized me.
 
is everyone here massively ecto? since i've started training (granted, it's only been about 5 months) i've simply replaced fat with muscle. I've also lost weight. I was 6'3" about 210 when i started, and i'm a much more impressive version of myself at 6'3" 205 today. i imagine i've put on 5-15 lbs of lean muscle, but there's no real way to know, i s'pose. i haven't done gear btw...also, i got the calipers done and they say i'm 15% bf (a month ago). either the dude w the calipers was wrong, or some people--according to teh pics displayed as their avatars--are freaking delusional!
 
@ 20yrs old I was 115lbs and 18% bf according to the trainer that did it when I started lifting. My nickname was Pregnant Bird because I was so skinny and still had a nicely shaped belly ;)

now at almost 26yrs old I am 226 and 13% bf. Had a year break in between due to work, I would love to know where I'd be right now if I hadn't been outta the gym for so long =(

btw I am 5'9"
 
Last year I was 115 at 5'5 10% and worked out hard and natural for about 9 months and got up to 125... Im now 2 weeks into a winstrol only cycle and am currently at 132 3-5% still looking skinny, but filled in a lot from what I started at. The winny really gives me a great appetite and I can't wait to see how I look in 4 more weeks...
