A month after my 25th birthday, I was out shape, so I decided to do the "body for life" program with my brother, I was 5'9'' 130 about 15% bf. 3 Years later I am about 190 with about 15 percent, I had 2 injuries during this time period where didnt lift for about 2 months or so at a time, as a result I lost some muscle each time. But, I am pretty satisified with my gains so far, I might get flamed, but the way I see it, I had to fight to get to a weight were most people start at. My genetics are better suited for long distance sports, however my intrest in doing them is long gone, so like alot of people on here, I am trying to make the most out of what shitty genetics I have through chemistry.
