I am 5 foot 11 inches and around 280 now. Yes I was morbid obese. I working on it relax. Problems yes and here they are:
I cannot take anything that would up my blood pressure
My breathing is improving but I am still not getting what I need outta workouts
No free weights in Gym (I bought my own, for at home, but only one arm curl bar)
My suppliments are Three protein shakes a day, CEE, and Glucoamine 750 for joint pain.
What am I doing wrong? I wanna bulk up, and I know it's possible.

MY EDIT: I do cardio. It was three times a week but now I switching to 5 times. Sorry for the omittion, hey is that a word?
