Ok here is my grocery list so far.

add to list:
garlic
ginger
potatoes
Onions
Tomatoes
Cheese (mozarella)

Things i had to exclude or couldn't find:

Pork -- I just can't eat pork. It makes me sick. Last time i tried, don't ask.

Protien powder (that stuff, i will go buy another day) i have some now.

For most of herbs and spices and sea foods i will have to go to some variety store.

I hate to say this .. i couldn't find Blueberries. Instead i got blueberry cookies. ;)

Miso : now what is exactly this miso??

Do you have a Trader Joe's near you?? They have awesome frozen fruits, like blueberries for about $1.99 a bag -- pretty reasonable. You can add them to stuff you make like pancakes, cereal/oatmeal, etc.......

Pancakes: Blend 1 yolk & 4 egg whites with 1/3 cup dry oatmeal, Splenda, cinnamon, vanilla extract (optional), flax oil or flax meal (1 tblsp), bit of baking powder (optional). Cook like pancakes. Serve with SF syrup.

You have a LOT of sugar there....... Not good at such a young age to get in the bad habit of sugar addiction/reliance.....

Fava beans: Definition: [FAH-vuh] This tan, rather flat bean resembles a very large lima bean. It comes in a large pod that, unless very young, is inedible. Fava beans can be purchased dried, cooked in cans and, infrequently, fresh. If you find fresh fava beans, choose those with pods that aren't bulging with beans, which indicates age. Fava beans have a very tough skin, which should be removed by blanching before cooking. They're very popular in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern dishes, can be cooked in a variety of ways and are often used in soups. Also called faba bean, broad bean and horse bean. See also beans

Soy sauce: Use to season your meats, veggies and rice. Watch the portions due to the possible high sodium.

good job
as for the oatmeal, don't look in the cereal aisle rather look in the health food section
bob's red mill makes a great one so does trader joe's if you have one near you (here in ottawaaaaaaaa we do not have one:bawling:

as for miso think of it as a vitamin and mineral packed flavouring paste

used often to make a light soup broth in japan

i often use it to make a simple salad dressing (just add a teaspoon to a cup of Italian dressing and a teaspoon of sesame oil)

you can combine it with a bit of fresh chopped ginger, garlic, and rice vinegar and use as a paste to rub over chicken or fish before baking

the other day i added a teaspoon to a 1/4 cup mayo and coated a salmon filet before popping in the broiler
made a nice tasty crust while still nice and creamy underneath
