i grew up in bay st louis miss, that right on the gulf coast i could spit in to the gulf from my house, and about 45 min east f new orleans. so i am gonna help you guys with a dailey recpie thats soooo good you won't even know your dieting. everyday i will come on here and give you a new cajon way of turing those bland chicken breast into mouth watering easy to fix taste bud exploding meals.

this is very easy
you will need an 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast
some type of injection method ( i have found that sus,250 needles work real good hehehe) no serously you can get a beef injector from the store they are cheap.
the main ingred. here is Zatarans crab boil. make sure it's zatarans if you can (cause thats the best) pull your self in oh about 2-4oz and inject along the center of the chicken than sprinkle tonys chaceres creole seasoning. lightly. you may need to experaent with the amount of crab boil. i like to have alot cause i grw up on the stuff. i think they put it in my baby formula. but try it you will like it

p.s. this meal is high in sodium, guys using the realy good kind of supplements be carefull about water retention.
