Hello Everybody,

I'm just now introducing myself, but I'm not really new to the boards. I just posted my intro and info in the Anabolic Board.

well you definetely have the foundation,now that you have it,your ready to add some size and then cut.

*Dial_Tone*: Thanks Bro, definitely want to get huge, so the hard work will keep flowing. BTW, congratulation on your promotion (moving from Daisy's Toe Nail Clipper to Daisy's Booty Masseur is a hell of a step up...buddy...nice!)

*Sweed* : Shhhhh Man.....(you trying to blow up my spot..?)..j/k.. Actually I don't know why I am able to have an Avatar with only 12 posts, perhaps its due to the new board setup?.....(or perhaps its because I joined about 7 months ago?..maybe prior to the 500 post rule?)...If its any concellation, I joined these boards back in August, and until yesterday, I haven't been able to post, reply, or do anything other than just read through the threads (I know I should have emailed an admin earlier...but oh well...I look at it as doing my homework before even thinking about opening my mouth) Anyway, thanks for the feedback, the current plan is bulk up a bit more (say 210 or more if possible) and then get f'ing ripped.

*Rnch*: Thanks man, I've read through many of your posts/repleis...and let me say that your one of the people on this board who always offers something positive to everyone...I respect that. Now while I am pretty happy with my progress to date....and while I do appreciate all the positive comments, here's where I see that I'm lacking........(now bearing in mind that the ultimate goal here is to get "jacked").

-*Overall.....holding a bit of water right now....but hopefully that will be taken care of soon

-*Arms, bi's have some size, but not that much in terms of shape. Tri's same scenario.

-*Chest, need to beef up the upper pec a bit (create additional seperation) and tighten up the lower part of the pec

-*Back, made some really good progress here (for me...I used to have the V shape of a pencil...as you could probably observe from the before pic...lol)...but still, definitely need to get wider(lats) and thicker(rhomboids).....
-*Lower back could use some work as well...deadlift...deadlift...deadlift

-*Wheels.....(I'll try to post pics soon)decent size on upper (quad, hams).....but need LOTS more seperation (in my mind, there's barely any).

-*Calves......awwe shit...one of my biggest problem areas...its like a genetic defect (So much for good doner DNA Rnch...lol..jk)....big time work needed here...

-*Shoulders......probably one of my better assets....but rear delt needs to be brought up a bit, and again, more seperation on front and side (would like more of the rounded out look).

-*And last but not least.....(abs are so-so).....but the fargin lovehandles are pissing me off.......I swear, I could fast for a month, do cardio 8 hours of day, lose every bit of fat on my body (and all of my muscle of course)....but those damn love-handles are like cockroaches.....they just don't go away!!!!!!!

Comments....?.....Suggestions........?..........

LOL.. Not2B4GotN, are we talking about the same after pics here?! How can you possibly expect to get ripped apart when you have such a great build? Sure there are lots of big ripped people here but you certainly rank right up with them bro! You're being way to critical on yourself!! The "improvements" you've listed for arms, chest etc.. are ok as far as goals to strive for in your quest to get 'jacked' but from what i see, you're 90% of the way there buddy!! :) And remember, some muscle (like calves and pec morphology) are shaped by genetics, however I'm sure you can break that last 10% barrier :)
