Ok Dudes, Long Or Short Cycles?

Which length of cycle do you use / suggest for gaining and keeping muscle.

Right some say, short cycles recover testosterone quicker, less coritsol build up, hold on to mass better etc.

Others longer cycle, body adjusts to mass that is gained resulting in less muscle loss.
 
long cycles IMO of 12-16 weeks probably yields the best results. some like 2-3 weekers i think they are stupid. 8 weeks minimum
 
Man, I think cycles should last at least 6 months. After doing many short ones, the first 6 monther I did, I was sold on. I virtually lost no gains that I achieved from it. I know some people dont think you should stay on that long due to the risks, but I never had any problems with recovery of natural test levels. I only use clomid to recover as well. It may take an extra week or two for complete recovery, but the gains are worth it. IMO.
 
I'm in the same boat as Lat.....6 month cycles work the best....I do think you should have a few shorter cycles under your belt before running such a long one....
