I can look inside a woman and see a baby with ultrasound with 4d imaging and look at the babie's face like a portrait picture. I can go into a neonate ward and see how much work has to be done to keep a premature baby alive.
Only a thin layer of skin is the dividing line between those two babies the same age. One can be killed b/c of convenience or whatever excuse, the other can be kept alive and live a full life with all the constitutional protections of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Sometimes, the rules are absolutely stupid, just b/c the human life is on the other side of some biological tissue, i.e. the mom's skin, does that make that baby any less of a human with rights that we all hold so near and dear??
Or does it make a difference yet??? I dont know the answer to this by the way.
