this has been happening the last week.. but when i do certain weights my back hurts.. like it feels really tight (upper and lower back)
it happens mostly when i use free weights
any ideas whats up? should i take a break??
 
Strengthen your abs and see a chiropractor. Take ibuprofen and get lots of massages.

erm just remembered im on accutane and soreness is a side-effect??
do you recon its the accutane that is causing it??
 
Trying stretching before your workout, icing the area after you workout and maybe some time off to let your muscles heal. If it seems to continue to hurt then pay a visit to the doctor
 
A belt is a crutch...not a fix. It just covers up the problem...does not solve it.

today i had to stop my bicep workout after 6 sets because my upper back and chest was hurting so much...
arghhhh this better not last
