off topic, membership problem help or advice required

I tried a routine Platinum Search and I got this message. I could really do with having all 72 topics displayed as I have paid for Platinum membership.

Any ideas, particularly from Mods would be most welcome"Please note that there are 72 topics that matched your search words, but as a regular member, only 5 of them are displayed here. To remove all search restrictions, please click here to becoming a Platinum Member!"

I could do with some Mod help or advice on how to rectify this situation - as far as I can tell the system tells me I am registered; also my credit card has been debited.
