Approved Log Off season prep for 2026 IFBB Journal

I've been loving the shoulder and arm day, get a nice juicy pump and can get through it pretty quickly.
check in is tomorrow keen to see what the approach for next week will be, really depends on what the look is doing and if I'm tightening up or not.
the photo was taken post training, and I look a little washed out but abs are starting to show through now which I'm happy with, being hairy doesn't help either hahah.

was 107kg this morning but my lowest is 106kg so I'm hoping tomorrow I get under 106kg but not too concerned if the look is better as that's what we're going off.

Another great session in the books pump was extra juicy today!!
getting to the point now where I'm starting to see muscle separation and reasonably happy with how my body is looking, still probably another 6 to 8 weeks to get in a real decent spot before we do a recovery phase before really launching into something and making huge progress.

General update

In a really good spot atm body is leaning up and weight is in a pretty good place, will give my official weight next check in either tomorrow or Sunday. plan on getting bloods if not tomorrow mid next week to check health markers and make sure nothing is in a bad place.

plan of attack

From here I look to tighten up some more and really be in a good place to attack a growth phase.
before commencing with that though we will be going into a cruise to give the body a rest and hold good shape and condition through this period before giving it a red-hot crack again before season c next year.
haven't fully committed to it yet but if I make as much progress as I think I can I'll be doing it for sure.
