Yes I know this is the second thread on this, but I'll be more specific on this one.

I've already trained with some members of the board and it was a great experience. We had a great bench workout and I got to do alot of new stuff.

But I'm also interested in training the other two lifts. Squat and Dead. Unfortunately Para has a back injury and can't train these lifts. I haven't heard from Revexex about training the other two either, if you see this bro let me know.

Anyone else in the NY area that's interested please post.
 
Bro Im definetely interested, but you are too far away. If you are close to Long Island, you can train with a guy with whom I do Strongman events, he has his own fully equiped gym. But if you can come to Para's gym once in a while we can definetely train, or maybe some other place
 
I'll train at Para's gym. I think I know the guy your training Strongman on LI. I believe I used to bounce with him not too long ago.

When would you like to do a Dead or Squat workout? Do you have a Squat suit? I have an Inzer poly. The "Z" suit I believe. You're welcome to it, it no longer fits me. I want to get one of Karins denim suits, but I have to wait until extra funds are available.

Will do. I haven't uses AIM in quite a while. I must start using it again.
I think I'm going to get a squat suit from Karin, an early Christmas present.

Had to work late, then got stuck in holiday traffic. 50 min for 3 miles. Could have hoped there on a pogo stick faster.

I'm heading over at 9pm on Wednesday.
I'n not sure if I should be doing boards, though.

Ok I'm now free of weekend responsiblities, however I haven't trained all week.

Looks like I can't make it until the 26th. :(

I'm doing legs Thursday night too. A little 20 rep action.

What do you think about starting the new year weekend with a Squat workout?
I think I may be done deadlifting, I've had it with the constant back pain. Or I'll go back to Sumo and just deal with the low numbers.
The 3rd or 4th of January?
