Then my friend Joe showed up and chatted for a bit, til i ralized i had to go to work, so i had to superset my dips and front squats.....very intense
Front Squats 135x5x5.........was light, my feet were almost coming off the floor, explosive workout, I did not rest between sets, after a set of squats i went to the dip station and did a set of weighted dips 70x5x5!!!!! I felt so energized afterwards!!!!
