Approved Log NPP Testosterone HGH Anadrol and retatrutide cycle Journal

Hi all!

So after my cutting cycle i got down to 95.7 at 12.7% body fat and thats after two weeks completely off the gear because I went to NZ

I went in and got bloods done on a while ago maybe 5 weeks although i did eat two golden gaytimes and a rice cream just before bed so im not sure if that screwed my cholesterol levels at all but my HDL looks like it was doen a bit but on the way back up.

I was on just 2-300mg of test e per week!

Im not sure why my HGH was elevated so high as im not actually on hgh atm too!?

Im currently looking at doing the following cycle.

Test e 400mg per week
NPP 600mg per week
Anadrol 50mg per day
Arimidex 1 mg twice per week
Hgh at 4iu per day at bed time
Cialis 10mg per day
Retatrutide 2mg per week


4000k per day
Protein: 220 g
Carbs: 450 g
Fats: 130 g

Lean proteins: grass-fed beef, turkey, eggs, salmon, whey isolate

My meals mainly consist of core strength power foods atm, but tend to include the following.

Clean carbs: jasmine rice, oats, sweet potato, quinoa, bananas

Healthy fats: avocado, extra virgin olive oil, walnuts, omega-3-rich fish

Sorry if ive forgotten anything I'll be sure to post up everything today

Training 6 times per week.

Supplements
N2 guard 7 x per day
Fish oil at 4000mg per day
Probiotics inner health plus 2 per day
Magnesium ashwaganda (Adrenal switch) 1 at night
Collagen 1 scoop per day

Thanks boys fuck it gets tiring eating so much all the time sitting here thinking about what im going to eat next! Hahaha

Actually boys im usually hitting around 5k calories a day!
5K calories is g2g. that is pretty strong @donkeypunchbub you must have a strong metabolism
