Now May Be The Time To Say This

I agree with every last word in this page.

Clen, DNP = dangerous and stupid. Especially when you use benadryl with clen to enable to use it for longer peiods of time. WTF would you do that to your body, for real? It will fuck with you.

Slin and GH are all worthless drugs unless you have a pro card and it's worth the risk to make it big time.

Fellas, I had some long PM chats with our bro that has gone before us, and I was amazed at the extent of the use he used clen and ECA's. It will get you lean, but it is NOT healthy to your body ever.

hgh worthless? give me a freakin break its one of the best drugs ever created in my opinion

As a senior member of the board I'm constantly conscious of not coming off too preachy or to recall the "old days" too much. I believe in living in the moment and most of my friends are under 39. I realize the attitude toward bodybuilding and steroids is not that of 1970. Nothing stays the same.

However...

...considering recent tragic circumstances it may be time to throw this out there without sounding out of place.

Bodybuilding is about many things -- appearance, pride, strength, confidence, and being just plain better than the average guy. But it is also about radiant health and vitality. That should be the main objective.

Of course, steroids gives us a big boost in some of these areas but when it comes at the expense of the most precious, our health, the consequences of overuse of drugs can be dire. And as we found out, it isn't something we'll have to worry about in 20 years, or 10 years down the line. It's something that can occur before it's too late to do anything about it.

It's great to see that the use of DNP and insulin is way down. Even clen isn't used as much. But we still need to be careful. These are serious compounds. They should be treated with the utmost reverence and admiration. Yes, admiration. They are amazing -- which is why excessive use is so gluttonous and unnecessary. And one more thing. We should approach them with fear. That's right. Be afraid. Instead of thinking of extending that cycle to 16 weeks because it's so awesome, you should be worrying what damage you've done in the last 8.

Guys who are 18% bf are doing cutters. Guys who will never step on stage asking about GH. And any way you slice it, central nervous system stimulants are playing russian roulette with your heart. DO NOT fuck with that shit. Arnold, Draper, Zane, Scott -- those guys didn't use clen or ephedra. What the fuck makes you better than them? Wake up people. This isn't a joke. Some of this shit will hurt you and hurt you bad. We do not need any more tragedies.

Bodybuilding is an amazing lifestyle. And although I don't expect everyone to live a squeaky clean life, as bodybuilders we must show respect for our bodies. When I'm 60 I want to be healthy, disease and ailment free, and I expect to have a rock hard cock! THAT is what this is all about. Not looking jacked at 27 and in a hospital at 32.

I know these messages don't have longevity. Everyone grieves for a while, then forgets, then moves on. But if this message stays with just one person long enough to maybe prevent a fatal error, it's worth it.

Stay safe my brothers. There's lots of lifting to do.

Damn, you hit the nail on the head.. I've been thinking of doing just that. Before I started I KNEW it would be a bad idea to go passed 12. Now that I'm doing it i'm all for 21 weeks, bumping up my doses, and adding another compound. I'm wrong, and more so i'm risking a lot more than I need to. I'm an avid DNP user, I've had great results, feel great...but I do worry what will come of it 20 years down the road.

Thanks for the post Nelson.

He once told me in a pm that he found it VERY difficult to get lean without clen. So, I believe he used it quite a bit. I want to know if this is in fact the cause of his heart failure. I don't use clen and have never had the desire too after hearing how it feels to take it. The shit just sounded dangerous to me.

I'll take tren any day over that shit.

I doubt clen/eca is solely to blame. Anyone who has done some research knows that dbol will affect lipid values, etc. I believe it was most likely due to a combination of compounds, prolonged use (meaning years of cycles), and possibly a genetic predisposition. One cannot forget diet and possible stressors in his life. His heart was also carrying alot more weight and pumping much more blood than a person who does not bodybuild.

It seems to me that steroids are somewhat like a time machine. Those that use them get results faster than those who stay the course naturally. As a result of using the time machine you have accelerated the aging process a bit. Problems that would have happened years down the road manifest themselves much sooner.

and you are big enough to be pro, thus meriting the use of GH. I've seen your pics, you are way bigger than everyone here minus a select few.

Anyone who is not your size should NOT use GH, because they can get there without it. Enlarged organs, and GH gut and other health risks makes GH a worthless thing to use unless you are the point you are at, and it is the next step in obtaining a pro physique.

I guarantee 99% of the people here, including myself, are not that "huge" in terms of pro body builder huge, so it applies.

Damn. I remember a post he said that people would not want to know how long of a dbol cycle he has ran(must have been pretty long), and that he did not really believe in the toxic effects on the liver. Well, the liver may have been fine, but the lipids must have suffered.
