Now May Be The Time To Say This

No.

Because the cause of death was generic heart failure it is impossible to speculate on what could have caused it and I think disrespectful to his memory.

What we do know is that gear use is not a game and there is much more to responsible use than just pinning yourself in the right place, in a manner that reduces the risk of infection, with an amount of a compound that is right for what you want to achieve, for a reasonable time period, and have a good PCT planned.

What everyone knows but does not always consider, is that all these things we take—whether it’s anabolics, serms, anti-estrogens, diuretics, CNS Stims, thyroid drugs, insulin, growth hormones, etc. are extremely strong drugs or substances that alter, some permanently, the fundamental chemistry and functioning of your body.

Just because these drugs exist does not mean you need to or should take them.

Just because you can take a gram of test a week because you have a closetful of anti-estrogens does not mean you should.

If you are at 20% body fat you don’t need a t-3/clen stack you need a treadmill and cork in your mouth when the urge to hit krispy kreme takes hold.

You do not need a diuretic unless you are holding a bit of water the night before a competition. Change the ph of your blood more than .06 either up or down direction and you will die.

Have a fever and a red hot lump on your ass—go to a doc now.

Don’t know what anaphylaxis is or what the symptoms of anaphylactic shock are? then don’t run gear.

Don’t know the difference between intramuscular and subcutaneous—don’t run gear.

Think you need insulin? Tell us which national magazine featured pics of you or when you got your pro card and and we will tell you if you need it.

If you have never had a full blood panel done to establish a baseline, get one before you start or at least when you have been off for a long time.

sorry for the rant but I just needed to vent--the point is that the majority of bros that use gear and really know what they are doing can make mistakes--some of which cannot be fixed.

Good post
