November 23rd, Be Gentle! Please Critique!

Well here are a couple pictures taken November 23rd. They have bad lighting and i NEED A TAN! I was also pretty chilly as well. Please critique, if you dont mind, anythign will be helpful, and karma as always will be given where due, generously.

One think I know I need to do i focus on getting more thick, especially in the chest area and I need to plainly focus on adding overall mass. What else coudl you guys tell me? Thanks in advance bro's!

still lookin ripped, but chest needs improvement, but the shots didnt really show ur true chest...i would start hitting more power movements, such as deadlifts, bent over rows, and military presses...take it back to the basics...heavy and hard...also for arms, try supersetting bis/tris...mass movements first

I absolutley agree on the chest, but that has been the hardest thing to add size on for me. The arm size, for some reason they look larger than 16". I will try supersetting again, but heard sometimes they did more damage than good. Ill try to get some chest pics soon. THanks bro!

ripped as hell bro... all i can say is focus on mass building exercises, you already gotted the rippedness, by focusing on mass building, you'll gain the mass and keep the definition you already have... delts are looking nice... go for some mass on the chest. You more Back width, go with some underhanded rows to hit the outer lats or some reverse close grip chins. Question: are you saying your arms are 16 in. They don't look it in the pics, but the tape don't lie. I can't really tell from the pics. How tall are you?

Good luck on your training... .start eating alot and the mass will come

Stats:

Age: 19
Height: 6'3"
Weight: 180lbs
Bf: 6-7%?
Chest: 50in
Waist: 30in
Bi's: 16" (dont laugh damnit)
Thigh: 22" (average?)
Neck: 18.5in

Bench: 300lbs raw.
Squat: Above 500lbs, will have video soon.
Leg Press: Roughly 800lbs I believe.

Yes, my arms are 16 inches around, but I dont htink they look it. I can provide a tape measurment as well lol. Ill try the underhanded rows, as I've seen them done before but never tried them. When you said my arms didn't look 16in, did you mean they looked smaller or bigger? Thanks bro!

thats some good weight your throwing around ;). you don't have to show the tape i trust you... i figured you were just really tall. My arms are 16 3/8's but im 5'8 so my arms are shorter so they look more rounded. Your arms look great either way bro. And Those rows will definately spread your back out. Good luck
 
looking good, particularly for a tall guy.

500 pound squat at 180......damn impressive at any weight let alone 180.

very impressive weights at your age and weight.

I wouldn't worry too much about the thickness.......that will come, you're still very young.
