Just to add to what everyone else said, nandrolone isn't a steroid you're going to get a massive increase in strength with very quickly, its more like a slow steady gain....
What is your training like? How often? reps/set range? This is likely going to be more important that what steroid you are using. What is your nutrition like? Are you eating enough? How much protein/day?
