I have a question, assumming the already pre mixed cartridges have been kept in a cool refirgerated environment beforehand, can they ever be kept out of the refrigerator for 3-5 days without being ruined?

I doubt anyone would truly know the answer to this. My guess would be no, it's probably not ok. As expensive as that shit is, why risk it? It's a pretty fragile molecule from what I understand.

Are you asking for asking sake? Or did you leave it out? What was the inside temperature? I would say that from what I have read that no you can't store reconned out of the fridge!
