how much of your gains will nolva hinder? my nipple dosnt itch, when i touch it it hurts alittle, but goes away after touching it a couple times. is this a sign of gyno to come? if it gets worse and i take nolva should i take it just until i finish d bol, or throughout the whole cycle? if so how much of the gains am i going to be missing out on?

Definitively this is a sign of Gyno, I would suggest to take Arimidex 1 tab a day throughout the whole cycle.....also I would take some proviron 1 tab a day just until I finish D-Bol.....

I can't see how nolva would hinder your gains. It doesn't even have much of an effect on estrogen levels.

isnt it true that you could take nolva if you have a sign of gyno? i thought i read it somewhere on the board, thats why i didnt get arimidex. and im not worried about bloat theres a time to get big and a time to rip up. so i just got a shit load of nolva

yes you can start with nova at 20mg per day,up it after 2 days to 40 some have even had to go as high as 60 mg.Run it until the symptoms clear up.
