Yup -- deep squats, etc! Also keep in mind that women tend to carry more fat cells in their lower extremities - part of the miracle & the curse called estrogen. So with all the diet & exercise in line, expect the ol' caboose & thighs to be the last hold out - the fat % is dropping proportionally all over, it just looks like it isn't working as well on these areas because there is more to lose there.
Other factors may include if she is on birth control -- not that this is a bad thing or something to quit because of this -- but it will limit the ability to approach the "fitness chick" look if that's what she is after. Other than continued diet, training, to completely lose that effect, the only solution is lipo. But short of that, diet, training, maybe throw in some ECA and try yohimburn or yohimbine HCL w/ training sessions. (Check macrophage69alpha's threads on yohimbine HCL).
Its not a lost cause by any stretch of the imagination - maybe get her on here so she can spend some time searching the archives & asking questions to get some hints on tweaking the diet, etc.
