I have always had this theory in my head that if you don't have an orgasm for a few months, you grow more muscle. I have tried it myself, and have noticed considerably more gains while not masturbating/having sex (reaching orgasm).
I have read dozens of bodybuilding books, and there's no info. anywhere on this subject. My guess is that it is too controversial to put it in print.
What have been your observations on this subject? Do you notice more gains/strength when you don't have an orgasm for an extended period of time?
