lol, well since you seem to be talking to yourself on this page, and speaking of dinner, I have a question..

I remember I posted a thread about cheese, and you answered with a brilliant philosophical rendition of how cheese ages and fulfills its destiny by growing into a beautiful butterfly and how the spores are actually just showing how mature and grown up the cheese is, and that's how you can tell when the cheese is ready to be all it can be and join the army.... it was great but I can't find it right now

so does that mean I can eat cheese even after the spores grow? or do I just need to cut off the outer edges of the block when this happens?

or did you not say that at all? am I a crack addict? I need help from my obi chef
