eh, next week may be awfully conservative and boring... if i were either team i'd rotate my guys a lot... and i wouldnt show much of the playbook either...
for the eagles..... simon needs to sit out, so do duce and martin... let donovan play a quarter to a half and thats it. back to back vs. the bucs wont be easy and it means NOTHING to either team now.

true, many of their players are playing hurt. They do need to rest many of them. I still don't believe they should rest their offense. They need to stay in sync and from what i saw today with their passing game it is pretty encouraging. I still don't believe Tampa has that great of a defense compared to past years. Trouble is Ronde Barber on Thrash, they got a great d-line so the rushing game will be non-existant....they need to get Freddie Mitchell and Chad Lewis into the games more.
Both these teams, the Bucs and Eagles, are very inconsistant. The Bucs tend to struggle with good defensive smashmouth teams like the Bears and Steelers, but usually have success against the more wide open teams, like the Rams. The Eagles struggle swith the wide open teams, Rams and 49ers, but would probably have success against the defensive teams, like the Bucs and Bears. This should be a physical game, but I like the Bucs over the Eagles this year in the playoffs. The buc's D is are playing with a lot of confidance now after some big wins, and the Eagles are stuggling to find their offense. The Eagle shave really struggled against quality opponents (I don't think they have beaten a playoff bound team all year) and are hurt somewhat by the weakness of the NFC east. MCNabb will have to make a lot of plays on his own, because I don't expect a lot out of the Eagles running game, and I don't think this year's Bucs team will be caught off gaurd andtake the Eagle's for granted, which I kind of think happened last year.
