im the new guy around here. a respectful hello to all.
wanted to know some of your opinions on HIT training. who's tried it and what do you think of it? also how much creatine mono should i take after the load phase. im 6'2'' 195. pretty ectomorphic, but not bony. (anymore).
advice on supps is welcome of course. just want pick your brains.
