Hey bros, just wanted to drop a line and say whazzup. I have been lurking around here for quite awhile now soaking up much info and figured now is the time to register. I am over 10 years in the iron game and am looking at going to the next level with my physique.

From what I have seen so far there is a lot of knowledge to be gained from a lot of you. I looked forward to picking the brains of some of you guys for info on AS from time to time.
