Hey everyone, new guy here. I'm 37, 6'4", 240lbs, and probably 25% bf. Any suggestions on a first cycle? I'm not looking to get huge, just add some muscle and get down to around the 10%bf range. Any suggestions would be appriciated.
i agree. it won't take long to get it down, then go at it. you'll get better results. but on a first cycle. go with the ol test/deca/d-bol trio. if you don't get gains from those three. you won't gain any. goodluck, bro.

deca only was my first cycle but i wouldn't recommend it for you. it'll only add size and bloat and at this point you should be looking to take some size off. with a great diet, a shitload of cardio and a good workout routine...you should see some great results within the 6 month mark.
