Well, he must be quite large poor guy. I was never that large, but I still
know all to well how it feels.
The biggest key is the size of each meal and cardio, both intervals
with sprints and lonnnng duration cardio for fat burning. Both will work
together. Sprints improve your heard and oxygen uptake along with
burning fat, and long 45-60min sessions will concentrate on fat
burning. But due to the increased lung and oxygen capacity,
the more fat will be burned during steady paced cardio.
