only training for 3 years and asking for AS help? Train for at least 5 years before imo.
you do back and legs in the same workout?? how do you give those body parts enough energy for a solid workout in 1 day? split must be diff..

fri- legs. can u work out like 4-5 days a week? how many cals per day and what are your macro's?
