New to AAS, *EDUCATED Questions*

hey board, my name is Nick, im 24 years old and have been lifting non-stop for about 7 years now. My current supplements are ep2 muscle pump(no2), creatine mono, test booster, multi vitamin, flax, omega 3, protein powder, great diet, good rest, lots of water. Anyways, my gains have really really slowed up. Long story short....i'm crossing into the darkside :vanp:
today i ordered 10ml of 250mg/ml Testoviron depo enth from india. how many weeks do you guys suggest i run this and at what dose? should i front load it? i believe i will need to buy another 10ml in order to complete my total cycle a few weeks after i begin i may add a low dose (20-30mg) of dbol to spice things up...what should i take during the cycle besides milk thislte and i know about pct, but whats the best to use? i'm new to this but have def done my research and am ready. kind wisdom welcomed as thats why i chose this forum, thanks in advance.

Well first thing is you gotta eat more mate i think you can gain more with just food .


My best advice is do not start a cycle until you have all your stuff Gear /pct/supps/AI , it will make a huge dif to your out come .



Cycle should run about 8 to 10 wks .

You look good, good frame to start on, but you're a ways from gear. You also look much less than 14% BF.

I'd work on your diet first. You should be able to get close to 200lbs (at 6'1") before switching to gear, and who knows, you might like yourself there. I was satisfied with my natty self for almost 15 years.

Also, don't buy anything until you have everything planned out, and have everything in hand before you start.
 
that was great advice d_rson what can i eat to pack more pounds on? im dead set on running this test only though...what do you think about my current build, is test the best for my frame IF i were to use anything? i will be sure to get all pct well before starting the cycle...my diet is pretty darn good as it is, my metabolism is just rabbit fast! any tips would help...i need some expert advice on what to do with a test only cycle start to finish and im reading the pct manual now. im not going to do dbol afterall, just test enth. 4-500mg/wk. i appreciate the kind help!
 
i think you need to focus on your training and diet. your muscles dont look very developed.

post your workouts for a week too.

Being dead set on anything while asking for advice isn't the way to go. A few people have suggested putting an emphasis on your diet and training routine for a bit longer before anything else, and I agree with them. You don't have to reach your absolute natural peak before trying aas, but I think you can make some substantial gains before going that route, and it's the smart thing to do.

How many calories are you getting a day and what's the macro breakdown? How many meals throughout the day? How long have you been on this diet?

ive been on the same diet for quite some time....several meals per day...high protein, chicken, red meat, pasta, potatoes, green veggies, i just cant eat too much at one sitting, i have to split it up..can you help me come up with a mass diet so i can postpone the use of aas and see if i can get my weight up naturally? i drink tons of water. and am open to a new diet..
 
Looking at your frame you have a good 30-40lbs to gain naturally!!

To put thigs in perspective for you,im 6ft tall roughly like you when I started AAS I was 215 at 12% now im 265lbs rougly same body fat.From 180-215 I got there naturally in about a year and a half.
You are young and gains will come easy if you dial in diet and exercise!
Diet is not complicated is the consistency of eating a lot of food that's the challange. Once your grow so it's your appetite..trust me
When im hungry I can eat a damn cow..lol
You need to learn how to cook nutritious meals and supplement your diet with weight gainers too. I eat around 3500cal every day to just mantain my weight and on cycle I eat 4500-5k. If you want to be big you need to learn how to eat big and the rest will come.

no reason to start at 24. give it 2 more years. eat more... you should eat close to 2X your bodyweight in protein per day. along with carbs.

how much do you bench right now? at your size you should be benching atleast 275 max.

anyone who starts AAS under 26 is asking for trouble.

you have a nice body, but you aren't jacked which is what I think you want. I just think for now at your age you need grocery bags full of food, not gear.. to reach your goals.

I think you did really good for all natural. I think if you do only 200mg of test and 200mg of deca a week and eat like these guys say too, you will just totally transform into what you want. You will grow like a weed cause you never did juice before. Just have that PCT on hand for the end. Maybe I should have told myself that.. I didn't have PCT so I just stayed on for 4 years now..
 
thanks for all the awesome advice! can someone post some sample diets? and how would i go about adding an oral to this cycle about halfway into it? i heard to frontload the test and when you start tapering off the test you can add dbol..
 
Carbs: Whole grains(whole wheat breads and pastas), veggies, beans, and small amounts of certain fruits.

Protein: Chicken, Turkey(breast, lean ground, bacon), Tuna, lean ground beef, cottage cheese, Casein, Whey(PWO), and small amounts of Filet and Sirloin steaks.

Drinks: water, protein shakes, water!, water!!, water!!! lol, protein shakes.

eat every 2-3 hours. EAT EAT EAT EAT. work your ass off in the gym EAT EAT EAT EAT.. repeat
 
There was a frontpage thread just yesterday about front-loading, check it out. Consensus: don't bother. Especially not for your first cycle.

what weight were you when you started to work out?
 
about 145, i have a strange metabolism to say the least and have had bad stomach problems affecting my amount of food i can eat :-\ getting better though! i need an appetite stimulant! :)

If you have problems eating how are you going to deal with a cycle where you would have to eat A LOT more food....?
Im just being realistic man, you dont understand if you dont eat steroids will do little for you!
 
are they not an appeitite stimulant? i mean i eat a decent size serving, just not as much as id like...but i CAN eat VERY VERY often like hourly
 
No they are not really a stim like that some are but not the ones your looking at , its tough some time to eat all the time mate im not gonna tell you it isnt but it all apart of this way of life you have to eat huge to make the most of it when adding size .

i couldnt agree more...what do u think about ep2 musclepump, halodrol liqui gels, pro anabol, tapout test booster, creatine mono, flax, omega 3 and protein? i just got the pro anabol and halodrol started them yesterday
 
I have a little advice. First of all get your face off here. Second, read the forum rules and follow them closely. The moderators have no tolerance for any of those rules being broken. they will ban you to purgatory and you are screwed here forever.
Having said that, I think your build is excellent especially for all natural. I dont know why you want to be bigger but this is the site if you want to do that. Remember, dont mention any source that you may get gear. No one here cares and no one here knows any sources
 
thanks footdoc! ive tried hard to tune up naturally but have been referred to as anorexic??<~wtf? im very comfortable in my own skin but would like to bulk a bit more, im super lean and have the perfect frame to build on. thanks again for the compliment, feels good :)
 
I'm gonna echo everyone else here bro. You really realllly need to get your bulking diet dialed in for a few months before starting this cycle.

I can help you with diet, but you really should take the advice in here and get to gaining naturally before altering your hormones.

The plus side to doing this is you will gain even more once you get on cycle. You have to build that solid diet foundation first.
 
anyone who says you are anorexic is simply stupid. Most guys would give a lot for your build...and your girlfriend
 
thank you so much lord, this advice i WILL take. i DO, unlike others, listen to those who know. please view my pix i posted on the first page of this thread (maybe second) and help me construct a mass building diet! one that wont break the bank :) i WILL follow it. also any essential supplements you can recommend would be appreciated. ill follow this diet for 6 or so months and see what the gains look like before i go poking holes in my self :-/ lol thanks everyone, keep the advice coming, i need and WANT it! im not one of these young guys whos dead set on cheating.

Here's some basic guidlines.

Eat 1.5 times your body weight in protein and 2 times your body weight in carbs. Shoot for 1/2 your body weight or to make it easy say 100g of fat per day

So that's 263g of protein, 352g of carbs, and 100g of fat. For a total of ~3400 kcal. And a good starting point for you imo.


For Protein consume: Chicken, turkey, fish, beef, eggs, milk, protein powder.


For Carbs consume: Potatoes, rice, brown rice, oats, whole wheat bread.


For Fats consume: Raw nuts, olive oil, avocados, natural peanut butter, fish oil.


Eat green veggies a fruit often.In every meal if possible. Broccoli, asparagus, cabbage, green beans, berries, citrus, apples, pears, bananas.


Drink at laset one gallon of water per day.


Eat 5-7 meals per day every 2.5 - 4 hours.



You should make a list of all the foods you plan to consume and use it as a grocery list and also to calculate the macros and kcal for each item. Try to calculate these totals by serving size. A cheap digi scale would be of great use.

Use a site like nutritiondata.com or fitday.com to get all your macro and kcal info.

Come up with a diet for yourself with this info above and them make a thread in the diet forum for a critique. We can go farther from there. You need to do the leg work and figure this stuff out. It will make things way easier in the long run. Good luck and please report back :D
 
Going natural for a while will teach you to eat and train the hard way and learn your body Do's and Don'ts. once you are able to make solid progress like this adding steroids and taking it to the next level is much more productive and easier and the results will be much better.
