damn i feel for ya bro. my shoulder are my biggest problem area by far, a little pain the shoulder can hinder my all my upperbody workouts for weeks on end
good luck bro,i had a titanium cage put between vertibres about 2 yrs ago.still to this day it gives me trouble and i have not been able to get all my strength back.i am just 30 and falling apart
im just coming off of a shitty shoulder injury. I had surgery in 2000 and dislocated it horribly in august. I'm about to start a cycle since i am confident with the level of improvement i have got from training.
