New routine need advise and critiqued

I just finished with Bill Starrs's intermediate program, which I did for 12 weeks. About 4 months ago Ii tore my miniscus cartlidge in my right knee so I have not been able to do squats or DL's. So I changed up my routine and need it critiqued from those with more experience than me. Any suggestions and opinions are appreciated.

Now, a little bit about me. I am 5"7", 150lbs and looking to add about 10 more lbs and then start cutting. I do have a strict and clean diet. If there is anything else you need to know that could help you give an accurate opinion please do not hesitate to ask me.

* Sets/Reps: 5X5
* All exercises are 55, 65, 75, 85, 90% of 1RM.

Monday

BB bench press
Military Press
Chin ups
bent over rows
Dips
Abs

Wednesday

SLDL
leg presses
leg extensions
calves
glute ham raise
abs

Friday

BB bench press
Military Press
Chin ups
bent over rows
Power cleans or Dips (only done dips still learning the PC's).

Thank you in advance for your thoughts and opinions.

Where are the squats?

I was thinking the same thing. Now i know you said you hurt your knee but be honest with yourself. If you are still limping around probably not a good idea to do squats... YET. If you are talking pain free no reason you can't start back up light again. I hear the knee excuse over and over again most commonly as "i have bad knees" with no details so at least it looks like you took interest into your injury and ways to get around it.

Any reason you have 2 days that a look almost the same and are bench days? Give me a little info about why you chose this first so i can help you a little better.
