New Results On The Omega Program ( just wanted to share this with Elite Staff )

6 weeks in and more progress than i made in the previous year!!!

you can argue with omega, but you can't argue with results lol.

contempt before investigation is the bar against all knowledge. :)

Solid bro. Very nice.

Wow I see HUGE strides in your chest relative to before,
I can see the Muscle Striations beginning to "fan out" all the way up to the collar bone, which means the best is yet to come.....

And yes your Delts are ineed "Jacked" :)

thanx everybody!!!! it means a lot coming from you all.

i will tiny pic these later. earlier, it kept coming up

"invalid argument" i am an E tard so i couldn't fix it lol

guardian: i have ok legs. big quads with some definition.

nothing like yours. i have the calves of a prepubescent

girl. i'm working on it.

i do have back shots. i have a great back \ wide spread but i need to

thicken a bit and add lil more definition.

i am 6'4 240 lb and wide as a door frame so it's always been

a challenge filling out my frame.

my BF is proly around 7%. i hit 4% or 5% couple months ago. i started

feeling fatigued and weak so i put on some body fat. not to mention

my wife said the vascularity in my abdomen was looking gross lol.

ps: your neck and shoulder couplex is MUCH denser looking

like a line backer

ha I love it......

when my upper back , neck, traps get pumped people get scared
I wish I was as pretty as you so i could market myself lol

WB, you are a beautiful person. i am a self indulgent prick.

i have to work very hard to be empathetic. i'm better than

i used to be but i gots a long way to go

wow, 6-4 and 240?

i bet peeps move to the other side of the street if you frown at them.

excellent results, outstanding development!

WTG you guys, keep up the good work!!! Hard work pays off in the end.

bro, you are lookin good in your ava. especially the last one.

i was in fantastic shape before i started working with omega. it actually gets
tougher, the more advanced you get. diminishing returns on your physical
investment, as it were.

but it's been 6 weeks and the progress is unbelievable.

lagging muscle groups are coming up quick and the complete

package is coming together.

it would have taken me 6 months or more of conventional training

to achieve what i have done in 6 weeks with this routine

you should consider looking at this, fork

i'm in the final phase. BRUTAL.

i've been able to *fine tune* some muscle groups and sharpen

symmetry. i've accomplished in 8 weeks on this project, arguably

what could have taken me a year or more without it.

will do, traz.

i posted the pics on this thread apr 20. i'll update in 2 or 3 weeks.

i have terrible body dysmorphia and i have a hard time seeing

improvements but even i can't argue with pics lol. i also depend

on others to point out my progress. i look in the mirror and see

*skinny* it's weird but i've talked to a lot of other guys with

the same disorder. i use it to my advantage because i never

think i look good enough, cut enough, big enough.......it keeps

me workin.

I'm the exact same way bro...no matter how big I get, I always see myself as skinny or small....

lololol you don't look skinny in your avatar.

it's crazy aint it?

it's probably similar, but less deadly, to anorexia.

i guess if we became satisfied, we'd look like the

average guy. i go to a lot of school functions for

my kids and most guys my age have a gut and look

awful. man, i aint goin there........ever!!! i'm sure

most of them are nice guys and i aint judging but

i can't fathom letting myself go like that.

i know EXACTLY what you mean. . .we're the same age and my feelings and philosophies are pretty much the same as yours. . .in reality, i think i AM pretty "normal". . .i just refuse to look the part. . .and no matter how much progress i make, i'm never really totally satisfied. . .my business life is like that too. . .i've mellowed over the years. . .i'm a little easier on myself now than i was in my late 20's and early 30's, but i still expect to have an 8-pack by the middle of june, every year, regardless. . .

well bro we could be doing worse.

i feel you on the "mellowing" part. i'm my worst critic

but i give myself a few breaks these days. i wouldn't go back

to my teens or twenties for love nor money.

Great Job..

what you guys are talking about is BDD (Body Dysmorphic Disorder) and i say... Good Job..

By the way, i too suffer from the same thing, only issue is my ego is more slanted towards strength..

Compulsive behavior disorder.. yet another issue I have..

hahah

agreed. . .i don't miss high school or college. . .

every year in the town where i live now, they have an alumni football game. . .bunch of guys, mostly in their 30's and 40's put on the pads and throw-down for 60 minutes on a saturday night. . .if my knees weren't so bad, i would definitely organize one back home. . .i've watched the one here a couple of times. . .it's actually incredibly competitive. . .i'd love to strap 'em on and jack some people up without fear of incarceration a couple more times before i die. . .it would be a kick. . .it'll never happen though. . .so, i suppose i gotta concentrate on my son. . .he's only 2-and-a-half and he can already dead-hang from the pull-up bar for two minutes, and i put his chunky little ass on the treadmill a couple of times a week for 5 minutes or so. . .he doesn't know any better right now, and by the time he does, it'll be too late. :)

lololol @ putting him on the treadmill.

i have 4 boys aged 7 10 16 and 17.

the 7 and 10 year old are still tons of fun and they think

dad hung the moon. my 16 and 17 year old are infinitely

smarter than me so anything i do or say is outdated or

totally irrelevant.

Haha, I have teeny tiny calves as well. I have been hitting them hard, but those damn things don't want to grow!!!

Great pics!

What can a person expect to gain on the OMEGA training if they're aren't in Fantastic shape?

I've been contemplating signing up for it, but it seems as though everyone that post pics up got amazing results but also started w/a very excellent base.

OMEGA please tell me if i follow your diet and training and put in everything i have that i will see amazing results like that!

though that first "before" picture is kinda dark I can see a dramatic improvement.

However, no disrespect but do you happen to have any pics of guys that started w/a higher bf%?

I don't doubt your skills as a trainer I'd just like to see more

if you are SERIOUS and DEDICATED, the omega project will work for you.
omega could spend weeks providing you with before and after pics, but
ultimately it will be your ass sweating and dragging in the gym.

i have followed his instructions to the letter and the results are nothing
less than amazing. my joints aren't aching anymore and the chance of
injury with his training style is almost none existent.

p.s. i receive no compensation for my endorsement of omega, but rather,
it is a token of my appreciation.

+1

I've done a little training myself and i can tell you that a trainer can only provide you the path, you must travel it.

I hope to join one of omegas classes sometime in 09. From what i've seen the money is well worth it.

I understand guys...I wasn't trying to dis-credit OMEGA in any way shape or form. I was just looking for more information.

I think everything's been covered for you. Just up to you now to take the plunge and commit.

good job to both of you. I use to be very lean, and what worked for me was being consistent with taking in 500g's of protein everyday...offseason and precontest...never let up on those proteins!
