new here-how do i put my pics on the boards?

can someone tell me exactly how to get my pics up? i hit the browse button , found my pics, hit submit, the task bar went to 100% but than nothing happened!can someone help? thanks, spoofer johnston

and is it of gif jpg png txt zip bmp jpeg file extension?

OK I GO TO BROWSE- FOUND MY PIC ON MY DESKTOP , HIT SEND- THAN THE TASK BAR GOES TO 100% AND NOTHING HAPPENS- WHAT AM I DOING WRONG??
