Hey Guys! I've been back at it for 5 months after a shoulder injury. (Happened doing heavy, extra deep incline DB presses) I'm still having very minor pain with certain exercises. Just wonder what will be the best overall cycle for my condition. I took 6 months off and I need to get back to where I was a year ago. I appreciate any advice in advance. Current rountine:
Mon- Chest/Tri's/Light Shoulders
Wed- Legs/Calves
Fri- Back/Bi's/Light Shoulders
When I say light shoulders... I mean super light.
